Operation Blacksheep

Our international team worked so well together to solve the mystery of PLAN 52, that we decided to break for food then reconvene and solve another mystery.

Returning to ClueQuest we discovered that Professor BlackSheep, Mr Q’s arch nemesis, had built and launched a satellite into Earth’s orbit that was capable of controlling all human minds. He had to be stopped.

Before we could commence “OPERATION BLACK SHEEP” we were joined by two new agents, Roshni and Lixia.

Our Games Master, Alex, warned us we’d only have 60 Minutes to destroy Professor BlackSheep’s satellite before it went online. Plus we’d have to evacuate the command center before it self-destructs. As before we had been equipped with a walkie-talkie so we could communicate with our Games Master, and an electronic pad to take notes on.

Heading behind enemy lines, we infiltrated the Professor’s command center to hack into his system and destroy the satellite once and for all…….

The game is split into separate visible areas, so we knew we’d got to solve puzzles to get into the next area.  As new areas opened up, we still required items we’ve found in earlier locations. It helped to remember what we’d discovered earlier in the game and to share that knowledge with the team. In fact the whole game works well with teamwork. There were enough puzzles for the six of us that we could could break off into smaller puzzle solving groups and come back together for bigger set-pieces.

Not only was this a fun room to play, but we managed to destroy Professor BlackSheep’s satellite before it went online and evacuate the command center with 21.44 minutes left of our operation time.

All the team were given fridge magnets with our photo and we were able to design a page in the winners book as we had completed the mission in such as fast time without any hints.

This escape room is recommended. There are 3 identical Operation BlackSheep escape rooms available, so more than one team can play at a time. Details at Clue Quest
