Pyramid of the sun is an offering under the Cluepuzzle brand manufactured by Idventure. This is a combination of jigsaw puzzles with a puzzle box. Is the result a Frankenstein, or does it work?
Lets look at the creature.
The puzzle box consists of a four face truncated pyramid. At the bottom there is a tray that can be unclipped. This contains the jigsaw pieces. There are four jigsaw puzzles which when assembled complete pictures on the four faces of the pyramid. These pictures contain clues to solve the puzzle box.
The whole puzzle is quite artistic and elegant. The puzzle box is not particularly hard the largest part of the enjoyment is doing the jigsaws. The base puzzle comes with the Aztec jigsaws, as shown in the pictures. There are some expansion packs which have different jigsaws. These are Day of the Dead and Aztec Realms.
