Remember when you could go to theme parks and fairgrounds? The fun rides? The scary rides?…..Dark corridors, terrifying shrieks, bone-chilling monsters — sounds like a lot of fun, right?
The City Adventurers thought it would be fun to ride on the haunted roller coaster at the amusement park…….But suddenly found themselves stuck in a really freaky place!
We found the gates in front of our ride locked tight. The way back was also locked. How would we escape from this haunted roller coaster?
Luckily we stumbled upon a strange riddle that gave a hint to the exit route.
Yes, we were in the Exit Game – The Haunted Roller Coaster.
We really enjoyed this escape room.
As with other Exit games, we got an instruction booklet, different stacks of cards, a code wheel and some “unusual items.”
The story, like being on the ride itself, was linear and did not require clues to be used across puzzles. We found the puzzles were good fun as they lead us through the ride.
This Exit game turned out to be more destructive than a lot of their other games, so you really can only play this once.
As a bonus, however, there is an extra game at the end that was a nice surprise.
The Haunted Roller Coaster is one of the easier games from Exit game. It aims to take up to two hours to complete and we managed it in 1 hour 45 minutes.
