Screw Up is a cute little puzzle, by Puzzle Potato, where the aim is to free the brass ring. The ring is trapped by three pieces of Perspex and a nut and bolt going through the middle. The nut and bolt is secured in two pieces of wood so that the nut cannot be undone.

Artistic Ratings

The ratings I have chosen for this puzzle is 6,7,7.  The puzzle is pleasant to look at and is well designed.

Solution (Spoilers - click to reveal)

The piece of wood at the top of the puzzle has section that can be rotated. Once rotated the bolt will drop allowing the nut to be unscrewed.
